Technical Issues with FFS searches

1- First make sure you have upgraded if prompted when you open the software.

If you are running the most current version then check for browser and java updates.

2- Browsers

You should the most recent version of IE installed on your computer or if you're on a Mac Firefox browser.

3 - Check to see if you need a java update here

4 - Try the software again.


If you continue to have trouble please open a support ticket. Make sure you include the version of the software you're running, your computer platform and the nature of the problem.
